Sewer I – 2nd Shift (Manufacturing) Job Summary Paceline is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Sewing Department as Sewer I team members. This is an entry-level manufacturing position supporting production through material handling, packing, and basic sewing department operations. No prior sewing experience required — training provided. Responsibilities Read and follow daily production travelers Verify correct materials are picked per production requirements Perform basic sewing department tasks, including: Turning semi-finished goods Washing and drying materials Operating heat press and cutting table Packing finished and semi-finished goods Track completed work on production travelers Enter daily production totals into JobBoss (ERP system) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality standards Qualifications Entry-level; manufacturing experience a plus but not required Ability to follow written instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Dependable and punctual What We Offer Full-time, stable schedule Monday–Friday shifts (no weekends) Training and growth opportunities Team-oriented work environment
