Associate Quality Production Specialist

Find your future with us.The Boeing Test and Evaluation Quality Team is looking for an AssociateQuality Production Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. Their primary responsibility will be to maintain quality directives and ensure compliance with the quality management system standards.Some travel might be required less than 10% of the time.Position Responsibilities:Assists with review and validation of product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirementsSupports analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processesParticipates in the investigation to determine root cause of nonconformance of plansAbility to apply basic knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systemsGathers data and provides recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products or processesAssists with the development, modification and documentation of actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive actionAssists in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submits for reviewSupports concurrence and obtains commitments to support program resolutionParticipates and observes the validation associated with corrective action to assure nonconformance has been eliminatedVerifies internal replication systems adhere to Company and regulatory standards and proceduresCreates airplane specific airborne software packagesConducts audits to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirementsAssists in the creation of reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal distributionWorks under general supervisionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship1+ year of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)1+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems1+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data1+ years of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel1+ years of experience developing presentations for leadershipPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher1+ years of experience with software testingExperience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standardExperience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teamsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Conflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Shift:This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
