For Employee Referral guidelines, FAQs and the Compass Employee Referral Policy, email MyReferral@compass-usa.com._****Job Summary**The **Resident Dietitian** is the face of wellness,sustainability and food and nutrition education.**Responsibilities:**- Prepare account for USDA administrative review, Buy American, and procurement audit and maintain account audit ready at all times- Maintain compliance with FDA package labeling laws and prepare account for board of health inspection- Plan modified menus- Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates- Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis- Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication & messaging- Leads Dining Services Sustainability efforts - partnering with operations and campus stakeholders to track, improve, and communicate sustainability efforts in all dining spaces- Manage accurate and compliant menus in Webtrition and publication in Nutrislice- Partner with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs**Qualifications:**- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD Eligible- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable- Experience working with special diets and food allergies- Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs**Apply to Compass Group today!**Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story (http://www.compass-usa.com/our-story/)**Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
