You'll help drive financial performance, ensure compliance, support leasing efforts, and deliver an exceptional resident experience—all while stepping in to lead when needed.This role combines operations, customer service, financial responsibility, and team support in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Property ManagementSupport daily property operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and community standardsHelp maintain a clean, safe, and market-ready propertyCoordinate with vendors and monitor service qualityFinancial Performance & CollectionsAssist with rent collection and follow up on delinquentSupport occupancy, revenue, and expense control goalsHelp track performance metrics and support reportingLeasing & Marketing SupportAssist with property tours, follow-ups, and application processingSupport leasing efforts to maintain occupancy goalsEnsure accurate and compliant leasing documentationAssist with marketing initiatives and outreach effortsResident Experience & RetentionProvide responsive, professional communication with residents and prospectsAddress concerns and escalate issues when appropriateSupport resident retention initiatives and community engagementTeam Support & LeadershipAssist in supervising on-site staff and providing guidance as neededSupport team scheduling and coverage to maintain smooth operationsPromote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environmentCompliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulationsMaintain accurate records, files, and documentationSupport office organization and administrative processesWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKESupports achievement of occupancy and revenue goalsMaintains high standards of resident satisfaction and retentionEnsures accurate, compliant, and audit-ready documentationEffectively supports rent collection and delinquency managementContributes to a well-run, organized, and high-performing communitySteps in confidently to support leadership and team operations when neededGROW WITH USThis role is a key step toward property management leadership:Assistant Manager at a Larger Property Multi-Site Assistant Manager Property Manager Multi-Site Property Manager Senior Property Manager Regional or Corporate RolesAdvancement is based on experience, certifications, technical competencies, performance, and business needs.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGStrong customer service and communication skillsFinancial awareness, including rent collections and reportingExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with sound judgmentLeadership ability and willingness to take initiativeWorking knowledge of Fair Housing and regulatory complianceTech-savvy (Microsoft Office; property management software such as Yardi a plus)Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDLeasing or property management experience preferredReady to build your career with a company that values stability, growth, and people?
