Project Engineer
*Project Engineer – Construction*
The Project Engineer plays a key role in supporting the Foremen, the Project Manager, and the Associate Project Manager in daily on-site operations across all phases of a construction project. This position reports directly to the project’s Lead Foreman & Project Manager and is critical to ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of field activities.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform material conformance QA/QC in accordance with submittals, shop drawings, and project specifications
* Process Time & Material (T&M) daily slips
* Assist Foremen with drawing updates (bulletins)
* Support payroll, time tracking, and productivity measurement
* Assist with job site documentation, including pre-task plans, JHAs, and toolbox talks
* Draft, submit, and track RFIs
* Manage supplier orders, including PO tracking and delivery tickets
* Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
* Maintain material status reports and procurement logs
* Complete and organize safety documentation
* Support punch list completion and QA/QC reporting

* Proficiency in construction documentation and project coordination is preferred
