Personal Injury Paralegal (Contract)Location: California (Onsite) Job Type: Temporary / Contract Practice Area: Plaintiff‑Side Personal Injury / Civil LitigationA fast‑paced and well‑established plaintiff‑side personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys with litigation and case management. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can jump into an active caseload and work collaboratively with a legal team.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with preparing, organizing, and maintaining litigation filesDraft, format, and proofread pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondenceManage incoming/outgoing mail and electronically file documentsCoordinate records collection (medical records, billing, police reports, insurance documents)Schedule depositions, client meetings, and manage attorney calendars and deadlinesCommunicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation, including exhibits and bindersQualifications:1-3 years of experience in personal injury, litigation support, or legal administration preferredStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailFamiliarity with civil litigation procedures and legal terminologyProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management systemsAbility to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining confidentialityAdditional Details:Contract role covering a recent resignationBackground check may be requiredNo supervisory responsibilities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
