If you are a proactive problem solver with a solid background in machining, we encourage you to apply and be part of our success story.Position Summary:Responsible for operating, maintaining and programming Wire EDM machineResponsibilities:Setup, troubleshoot and operate Agie 100 Wire EDM machineUse Solidworks and MasterCam software in order to facilitate writing programs to wire shapes, dimensions and geometry to Blueprint specsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and quality specsPerforms Preventative Maintenance of Wire EDM equipment by applying work-related documents such as operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Will be required to assist toolmakers as necessaryMaintain records and make data entries into computer systems Wear all required PPE at all timesMaintain acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in areaEducation and Experience:High School or Equivalency DiplomaKnowledge and use of shop math with mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of various types of tool steel and principles of metal cutting5 years minimum experience in machining or tool room environment Powered by JazzHRrH3leO8nmN
