Java Full Stack Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Java/J2EE Developer with Fullstack Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise-level applications leveraging Java, J2EE, Fullstack technologies, and Cloud services. The Tech Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful execution of complex projects in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them in technical decision-making and ensuring best practices are followed. Design, implement, and optimize complex, scalable applications with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability. Take ownership of end-to-end application architecture, from front-end UI to back-end services, in a cloud environment. Provide hands-on leadership in both front-end and back-end development, delivering solutions using Java, J2EE, and modern front-end technologies. Software Development: Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, and modern frameworks. Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate third-party services within the cloud platform. Develop full-stack applications with front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end systems. Ensure the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs. Cloud Integration: Lead the design and deployment of cloud-based architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Integrate cloud services, storage, and databases to build scalable solutions. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster development and deployment cycles. Agile & Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to maintain code quality. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Performance & Security: Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications, especially in cloud environments. Address technical debt, identify and resolve system bottlenecks, and optimize code. Implement industry-standard security practices in cloud-based solutions. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development. 5+ years of experience in a Fullstack development role with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical solutions. Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and related frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
