VP of Finance

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and support the continued growth of the business. This role will work closely with senior leadership and be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and overall fiscal management.The VP of Finance will provide both strategic direction and day-to-day oversight across the finance function.Responsibilities:Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingLead financial planning and analysis to support business decisionsManage cash flow, capital planning, and financial controlsProvide insight into financial performance and key business driversPartner with executive leadership on long-term strategy and growth initiativesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsLead and develop the finance teamQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership rolesStrong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysisExperience working closely with executive leadershipAbility to operate both strategically and tacticallyStrong communication and leadership skills
