This is an in-person role and we are not offering relocation or remote options. We’re a fast growing online boutique looking for a full time, experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our in person team. This is not a part time or entry level role. This is a career starting position so if you are looking for a clock in/clock out job this is not for you. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to create content that performs on social media. You don’t need agency or brand experience, but you do need to show us that you understand how platforms like Instagram and TikTok work. Whether that’s through your own personal content, previous roles, or freelance work, we’re looking for someone who’s confident on camera, knows how to grab attention, and can bring ideas to life from start to finish. If you’re chronically late, still learning how to post, need help editing videos, or aren’t comfortable filming yourself, this is not the role for you. What You’ll Do Plan and coordinate new arrivals and photoshoots Help update the website with new arrivals, “shop the look” features, and curated collections Create content for Instagram and TikTok (try ons, flatlays, styling clips, BTS, reels, etc.) Post regularly to all social channels while maintaining our brand aesthetic Be part of try on content, mirror selfies, and real time videos You Are Confident both on camera and behind the scenes Experienced with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Canva, and content editing tools Up to date on trends and know how to apply them to engaging brand content A self starter who can take direction and run with it Organized, creative, and thrive in a fast paced team environment Job Type: Full time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts 9am-5pm Location: In person only (not remote) Benefits: Employee discount, health insurance, paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
