Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs. Education/Experience/Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School Universal EPA Certification Minimum two (2) years related experience Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment required to complete all duties and job Must have possession of own tools A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company's insurance carrier HVAC/R Mechanic Certificate required Understand and communicate the benefits of preventable maintenance Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility Operate scissors and genie lift in a safe manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: HVAC/R: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
