Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Louis, MO for a Multifamily Investment Sales Advisor. The role involves prospecting and building relationships with property owners, analyzing financial data and market trends, crafting investment strategies, and facilitating property sales. The advisor will be instrumental in guiding clients through the transaction process while ensuring their investment goals are met. Collaboration with team members across markets is an integral aspect of this position. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, including analyzing and interpreting financial data and reportsProficiency in Investments and Investment Strategies to develop value-driven solutions for clientsStrong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-market teamsLocal market knowledge or experience in the St. Louis, MO real estate industry is a plusRelevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field preferred
