Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are currently seeking a preventative commercial Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.Responsibilities:Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing 'plug and play' equipmentEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventory​Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's LicenseFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedShow leadership and effective communication
