We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive Keysight’s success by leading the design and development of cutting-edge new network test platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resourcesGreat opportunity to become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generationsContribute to all phased of hardware development from architecture through to production releaseLead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new productsParticipate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturingAssist in the management and development of OEM relationshipsSupport sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yieldsDrive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.QualificationsBS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experienceStrong skills and experience in people-management and developmentExperience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipmentExperience in leading and managing projects from cradle to grave, scoping, risk mitigation, and resource conflict management preferred.Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practicesExposure to EMC, Safety and general compliance requirements preferred.Experience with high performance processors and embedded platformsKnowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materialsStrong analytical problem solving skillsAbility to excel in a fast paced dynamic environmentExcellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsCareers Privacy StatementKeysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
