Affordable Housing Operations DirectorLocation: Atlanta, GASalary: $95,000 - $105,000We are seeking an experienced operations leader with a strong background in affordable housing, HUD compliance, and team management to oversee daily operations for a large senior living community in Atlanta, GA.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can bring structure and accountability to operations, and is passionate about creating strong communities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across Maintenance, Business Services, and Supportive ServicesLead and develop onsite teams while driving operational excellenceEnsure compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, LIHTC, and all applicable regulationsOversee certifications, recertifications, occupancy, and lease complianceAssist with budgeting, financial oversight, vendor management, and capital projectsSupport building operations, preventative maintenance, and long-term organizational growthLead cross-departmental projects and improve operational processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field REQUIRED5-10 years of experience in affordable housing, property management, or operations leadershipExperience working in senior housing REQUIREDStrong knowledge of HUD and LIHTC compliance REQUIREDProven experience managing teams and multiple departmentsExperience with budgeting, operational planning, and financial oversightStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsCPM, HCCP, COS, or similar certifications are a plusWhy Apply?Competitive salary: $95K-$105KStable, mission-driven organizationLeadership opportunity with long-term growth potentialOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in a senior living communityIf you're a strong operations leader ready to take ownership and drive success, we'd love to hear from you!#ZIPDHBG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
