You'll ensure our clients walk into a spotless, fresh environment every morning. Duties include:Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuumingCleaning and disinfecting restrooms to high standardsEmptying trash and recycling binsOccasionally performing deeper floor care, like carpet scrubbingPhysical Requirements: This is an active, physically demanding role. You’ll be on your feet, moving at an efficient pace, and performing repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, and vacuuming. Think of it as a workout you get paid for!What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Reliability: You must have your own dependable transportation to get to your assigned work sitesWork History: At least 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 5 years (prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!)Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screenNote for Driving Positions: If you are considered for a role driving a company vehicle, you must have a clean, valid AZ driver’s license for the last 5 years with no at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.Ready to Join the Team?Environment Control promotes a drug- and alcohol-free work environment.
