Founding GTM Associate (AI)

FluidCloud is building AI-powered cloud infrastructure technology for Fortune 2000 enterprises, cloud providers, and Global System Integrators. We're looking for exceptional early-career talent to join our founding Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and gain hands‑on experience across sales, partnerships, marketing, customer success, product strategy, and AI implementation. Founding GTM Associate (AI) Pleasanton, CA What You’ll Do Work directly with the founders on GTM strategy and company growth. Learn every aspect of enterprise go-to-market, including business development, partnerships, enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success. Use AI every day to automate research, content creation, outreach, market analysis, and internal workflows. Build relationships with enterprise customers, cloud providers, technology partners, investors, and Global System Integrators (GSIs). Support customer meetings, executive briefings, product demos, conferences, webinars, and strategic events. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to influence product and GTM strategy. Build AI-powered internal tools and automations that improve how the company operates. Take ownership of high-impact projects from concept to execution. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or graduating soon). 0–2 years of experience. Passion for AI, startups, and enterprise technology. Built AI projects through coursework, hackathons, internships, personal projects, research, or open-source contributions. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments. A track record of high performance through sports, entrepreneurship, robotics, programming competitions, debate, hackathons, research, or similar activities.
