Program insite LLC is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. Job Description: The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the development and implementation of mechanical systems for industrial applications. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Design, develop, and implement mechanical assemblies, systems, and components. Design and develop test fixtures. Design and implement test equipment. Develop test methods and procedures. Develop test equipment and equipment controls. Provide design input into new product development process. Provide technical support to customers on product development projects. Develop and maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes including quality assurance programs. Develop and maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes including quality assurance programs. Develop and maintain knowledge of quality processes including quality assurance programs. Develop and maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes including quality assurance programs. Develop and maintain knowledge of manufacturing processes including quality assurance programs. Develop and deliver training sessions on quality improvement projects. Requirements: BS in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology with 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (engineering or mechanical).
