Overview **We are hiring for an opening goal of February 2026! Training will take place at our Greenwood location, and you will be eligible to pick up open shifts but will not be scheduled until the Avon location is open. Please, keep this in mind when applying and we can't wait to build our future team!** -Avon Management We are seeking friendly, energetic, and professional individuals to join our team as Hosts, Food Runners, To-Go's and Bussers at our Ale Emporium Avon location. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with enthusiasm Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Clear tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Manage guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items and restaurant offerings Operate POS systems for order processing Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations Uphold high standards of hospitality, phone etiquette, and guest services at all times Run food from the kitchen to the tables Assist in cleaning tables and surrounding areas Experience Previous experience as a Host/Host or Food Runner in a restaurant setting is a plus Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
