This includes executing the vision of the Producer by collaborating with various departments and ensuring the timely, high quality delivery of game features.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinates tasks, resources, and dependencies across a wide range of internal teams (DevOps, Infosec, QA, Localization) and external partners to deliver game milestone objectivesHelp maintain and track established milestones and features for the gameCollaborate with the team to support operations for launching a live game and supporting live game after launchTakes an active role in creating proposals for the game to be developedSetup KPI tracking for launching of the game as well as review all relevant game health metrics (KPIs, server stats, other metrics) to identify current and potential issues and collaborate with teams to resolve themParticipate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies or critical live environment issues after the game is launchedMentor Production CoordinatorOther duties as assignedWork Experience3–4 years of game production experience with a track record of launching multiple titles2+ years of live game experience preferredExperience managing game features or pipelines from start to finishEducation, Professional TrainingBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceKnowledge/SkillsKnowledge of live and online game player behaviorStrategic thinking, problem-solving abilityKnowledge of the game industry including emerging trends with a focus on the markets served by NexonPreferably a gamer at heartHigh level understanding of online environments and processes required to maintain high uptimeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional project and time managementStrong organizational skillsProficient in MS OfficeManagement has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.Nexon's Benefits And PerksWe offer medical, dental and vision plans for you, your spouse or domestic partner and your children. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual's pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
