Assisted Living Server - Part Time Weekends

Food Server Position At The GablesAre you a hospitality professional who prefers meaningful connections over high-volume turnover? At The Gables, our food service team does more than just deliver meals; they provide a vital point of daily connection for our elderly residents. We are looking for reliable, compassionate Food Servers to help us maintain a high standard of service in a warm, community-focused environment.We are currently looking to fill key time slots. Weekend positions (Saturday and Sunday).Morning/Lunch Shift: 6:30 AM 2:30 PMDinner Shift: 4:30 PM 7:00 PMPlease indicate your shift availability in your application.Lead the dining room flow to ensure residents receive timely and accurate meal service.Foster a welcoming, respectful, and patient atmosphere for our residents.Assist with light prep, plating, and ensuring the dining area remains pristine.Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to accommodate dietary preferences and needs.Experience: Prior server experience is preferred, but a heart for service is a requirement.Reliability: Our residents count on us; we need team members who show up on time and ready to help.Communication: Ability to interact warmly with elderly residents and communicate effectively with the team.Professionalism: Since this is a non-tipped position, we offer a competitive, stable hourly wage where your performance is valued every day.Unlike traditional restaurant work, you won't have to deal with the "late-night rush" or the uncertainty of tips.
