Final Assembler (Multiple Openings)
Position Overview
This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or shop drawings to assemble prefabricated components. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial or construction setting. Flexibility is essential, as the individual may be required to assist in other related departments depending on production and shipping demands.ResponsibilitiesProficient use of basic hand tools.Accurate tape measure reading.Basic carpentry and/or auto mechanic skills.Ability to climb ladders as needed.Follow written and verbal instructions.Basic understanding of plumbing, NPT and JIC helpful.Basic understanding of blueprint reading.QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.Comfortable lifting/maneuvering up to 50lbs.Frequent standing, stooping, bending.Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality and consistency.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Commitment to plant safety protocols and clean work environment.Education & ExperienceHigh school education required.2‑4 years of experience in a related field or industry.Trade school, apprenticeship, or on‑the‑job experience in related field or industry.Additional RequirementsPass background check and drug test.Demonstrate ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test required).All applicants must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening and have a clean driving record.Compensation
