Project Manager

Job Description – Enterprise Program / Project Manager This position is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. The role requires a highly independent program/project leader who can drive execution, improve operational processes, and partner effectively with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects from initiation through execution and close-out, ensuring alignment to business objectives and timelinesManage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and issues, driving projects to successful completionDrive operational process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall performanceStrengthen the control environment through disciplined governance, risk management, and adherence to best practicesFacilitate executive-level discussions to clarify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and determine actionable next stepsDevelop and present executive-level communications, including status updates, dashboards, and decision materials (PowerPoint/Excel)Partner with business, technology, and operations leaders to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery outcomesEnsure delivery of a high-quality customer experience, focused on transparency, reliability, and measurable value Required Qualifications Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs/projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreamsDemonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder management and influence without authorityExperience delivering technical or data-related initiatives (data management experience a plus)Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including building executive-level materials and reportingExceptional communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical, scalable solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or regulated environmentsExperience with operational excellence, governance, risk, or controls managementFamiliarity with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologiesExperience in customer-facing or relationship-driven environments Work Environment On-site role in Fort Mill, SCCollaborative team environment with a group of ~7 internal Program/Project ManagersStrong internal support, training, and opportunity for growth within a fast-paced organization Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
