We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and leadership development opportunities with career-growth potential – join our team today!Note: This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple stores across Pennsylvania and is ideally located in or near the Harrisburg area.As a member of our Direct Accounts Merchandising team, you can expect to enjoy the following benefits –Flexible and accommodating work scheduleMonthly phone stipendMileage reimbursement between all store locationsGreat source of supplemental incomeThe Direct Accounts Merchandiser makes an impact by:Rotating, stocking, and taking inventory of Turkey Hill Tea products at various store locations.Providing market conditions and insight upon request and/or when observed.Collaborating with Field Services Supervisor to establish and maintain data necessary for customer delivery processes.Maintaining professional relationships with all customers and employees.Traveling to store locations in a 50-mile radius.Performing all duties in compliance with all corporate and regulatory quality, GLP, and safety regulations.Performing all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.Supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and Quality.Demonstrating the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer.Being accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.Performing all other duties as assignedYou could be a great fit if you have these things –Must be at least 18 years of ageMust work in a team environmentMaintain adherence to work hours scheduled specifically starting, ending, lunch and break schedulesPerform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelinesBe accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles1-3 years of related experience in a retail or similar industryGood communication skills (oral and written)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Basic knowledge of smart phone technologyPerform all other duties as assignedPhysical Demands:The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required)The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hoursThe employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasksMust be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasksThe employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use.
