Summer Childcare Attendants

DescriptionLocation: The Bridgewater ClubPay Rate: $14–$16 per hourSchedule: Monday–Saturday, shifts available between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PMEmployment dates: May 2026-September 2026Position OverviewThe Bridgewater Club is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Childcare Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children while their families enjoy the club’s amenities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with kids and want to be part of a positive, energetic team during the summer season.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children Assist with child check-in and check-out procedures Communicate with parents and guardians as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area Follow all club safety procedures and policies QualificationsMust be at least 16 years old Experience working with children preferred Friendly, dependable, and energetic Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Saturday CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) What We OfferCompetitive pay ($14–$16 per hour) A fun, team-oriented work environment Valuable experience working with children and families How To ApplyAll applicants must submit a resume to be considered for this position.
