You will be in water for the majority of your shift.Requirements:Current lifeguard certification required. If you are not currently certified, you must be willing to become certified before starting this position.Outgoing, contagious personalityExperience with swimming all 4 swim strokes and an understanding of proper technique and mechanicsWilling to learn and able to follow franchise brand standards and guidelinesWe swim year round and are looking for someone that wants to join and lead a growing team. This is not a seasonal position. Priority will be given to candidates looking for a longer term opportunity. Location:LA Fitness Langham Creek - 17800 FM 529 Houston, TX 77095Hours will include weekdays and weekends, late afternoons and early evenings. The primary shifts needed will be Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm , Saturday 9:45 am - 3:00 pm, Sunday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm, weekly zoom meetings with leadership team outside of these hours.
