Java Tech Lead
We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with strong AWS expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native backend services. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical architecture, coding, team management, and end-to-end delivery.
Required Skills:
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Data, and Spring Security.3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing production systems on AWS.2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance reviews.
Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and messaging.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DynamoDB.Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, JUnit, and Mockito.
Strong communication, technical leadership, and Agile delivery skills.
