Job Title: Java Developer Location: Berkeley heights nj Schedule: Onsite Contract: 12 months contract to hire ***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*** Key Requirements Technical Expertise • Java 17+ development experience • Spring Boot and RESTful Services • Kubernetes and OpenShift • NoSQL databases • Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles • Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Fortify, and Sonatype • Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) Leadership & Collaboration • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams • Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional Experience • 10+ years of software development experience • Prior technical lead or team leadership experience • Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban -- Thank you !
