Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, and established in 1986, we serve clients nationwide through 11 U.S. offices.Role: Cloud Network EngineerLocation: Durham, NC/ Merriamck, NH Duratoin: Full-TimeThe Expertise and Skills You BringWillingness and ability to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices to support shared platforms and internal customersHands-on experience with or exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines (such as Jenkins), with an interest in improving automated build and deployment workflowsBasic understanding of networking concepts and security fundamentals, including perimeter security and DMZ environments, or a strong desire to learn in this areaExperience contributing to service-based architectures, such as microservices, containerized applications, and/or serverless technologies, in a team environmentComfort working in fast-paced, iterative development environments with guidance from more senior engineersFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, or experience developing and running applications in cloud environments (preferred)Exposure to traffic routing, CDN, or edge technologies (such as Akamai) is a plusExposure to monitoring, logging, or observability tools such as Datadog or Splunk is a plus, with interest in learning operational best practicesMust haves:3-5 years minimumNetwork engineering configuration and troubleshooting apps in AWSAWS Cloud and On-Prem networking concepts and securityTraffic routing, CDN, Edge technologies (Akamai is best case)Observability tools Splunk and/or DatadogJenkinsNice to haves:GoLang language
