Associate CNO Software Engineer

MANTECH seeks a skilled and mission-focused Associate CNO Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex technical challenges in support of our customer’s most critical missions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilitiesAssists with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systemsDevelop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositoriesApply knowledge of security concepts and network technologiesEnsure software engineering standards are consistently met Minimum Qualifications:BS Degree in a technical discipline or High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience in software development or software engineeringExperience in Python or C/C++ programmingExperience with troubleshooting and debugging systems Preferred Qualifications:Experience with analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirementsExperience in software analysis or reverse engineeringUnderstanding of assembly programming conceptsUnderstanding of CNO development conceptsFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and practices Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
