Bartender – Horse & Hyde | Part-Time *Horse & Hyde is looking for a bartender who loves country music, great drinks, and even better times.* We’re a high-energy country bar in Uptown Phoenix with live music, cold drinks, and a team that genuinely enjoys what we do. We’re looking for someone with personality, hustle, and a real passion for the bar industry to join our crew. This is a *part-time position averaging around 25–30 hours per week.* Who We're Looking For We want someone who: * Loves country music and a lively bar atmosphere * Has bartending experience and knows how to handle a busy bar * Is outgoing, personable, and genuinely enjoys talking to guests * Can hustle when we're slammed without losing their personality * Shows up on time and can be counted on * Takes pride in making great drinks and giving great service * Works well as part of a team * Wants to make money, have fun, and help create a bar people want to come back to What You'll Be Doing * Bartending and providing fast, friendly service * Making cocktails, pouring beer, and serving guests * Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere at the bar * Handling opening and closing responsibilities * Keeping your bar clean, stocked, and ready to go * Working alongside the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly The Vibe Horse & Hyde isn't a stuffy cocktail bar, and we're not looking for someone who just wants to clock in and clock out. We want someone who *actually likes this industry*—someone who enjoys a packed bar, live country music, meeting new people, making money, and being part of a great night.
