Role: Java Developer
Location: Whippany, NjDomain: Banking / Trading Financial Services
Job Description:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.
Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Participate in application design and technical discussions.
Follow enterprise coding, security, and development standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support application releases and production issues.
Required Skills:
Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, Git, Maven/Gradle, Unit Testing.
Nice to Have: Kafka, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Preferred:
Banking/Financial Services experience, particularly Trading, Capital Markets, or Tax applications.
