ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end software delivery for embedded C++/Linux apps in an Agile settingMaintain and evolve simulation software libraries modeling tactical componentsDefine, code, test, integrate, and verify embedded simulation software using JIRA, Git, and ConfluenceManage and develop a multidisciplinary, high-performance team with coaching and career developmentPlan, conduct, and coordinate software activities ensuring adherence to standards and toolsLead recruitment, training, salary planning, and competency development; act as technical conscience for the program
