Sales and Business Development Associate (New York)

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Business Development professional to lead growth from our New York City showroom, located within the New York Design Center - a dynamic hub of creativity and the design community. This role offers full ownership of a sales territory, with responsibility for building and managing a strong pipeline, driving new business through outreach and networking, and nurturing long-term client relationships.You will represent Collier Webb across the market, leading client meetings, presenting our collections with confidence, and managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to order completion and aftercare. Alongside maintaining an exceptional showroom environment, you’ll ensure accurate reporting and forecasting, bringing both structure and momentum to your work. If you are a well-connected, highly motivated individual with experience in luxury interiors or high-end products, who thrives on building relationships, closing opportunities, and contributing to a growing presence in the New York design scene.To apply, please email a CV and Covering Letter to hr@collierwebb.com.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development·   Own your territory - full accountability for your individual sales target and pipeline·   Drive new business through outreach, client meetings, networking, and industry engagement·   Manage the full sales cycle: presentations, proposals, quotes, order management, and aftercare·   Re-engage dormant accounts and build long-term repeat business with existing clients·   Introduce new products and services to your client base, ensuring consistent specification Client Meetings & Market Presence·      Lead client meetings in-showroom and at designer studios — confidently presenting the brand·      Represent Collier Webb at industry events, networking functions, and trade gatherings across New York·      Take ownership of all follow-ups, ensuring opportunities are progressed and closed with momentum Showroom & Reporting·      Keep the showroom immaculately presented — a powerful sales tool and brand ambassador·      Host clients in the showroom, delivering a compelling brand experience that drives conversion·      Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and weekly reportingWhat we are looking for ·      Proven sales experience in luxury interiors, high-end goods, or related sectors·      An established New York network you can activate from day one·      A natural relationship builder — confident in outreach, networking, and closing new business·      Commercially driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong pipeline discipline·      Comfortable with CRM tools and weekly reporting (Salesforce preferred)·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite·      A genuine passion for design and the luxury interiors world
