Child Care Teacher

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This individual will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where toddlers can grow, explore, and thrive. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and committed to helping young children reach developmental milestones in a structured yet playful setting.Responsibilities:Take care of children ages 0-5 Diaper ChildrenFollow Daily routine and scheduleFoster a loving, secure, and safe classroom environment for all children.Observe, track, and document developmental milestones and behaviors.Maintain daily communication with parents about classroom activities and their child’s progress.Ensure classroom compliance with all state licensing regulations and health and safety standards.Encourage positive behavior and guide children through conflict resolution and emotional expression.Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to support a cohesive and enriching learning environment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and equipment.Company DescriptionAt Amore Preschool, we believe in nurturing the whole child through a structured, play-based environment rooted in love, consistency, and growth.
