Senior Project Analyst

Job Title: Senior Project AnalystLocation: Hybrid in Waltham, MADuration: 3 month+ contractJob Summary: We’re looking for a skilled Senior Project Analyst to lead and enhance our soft services and consolidation center programs. You will manage project life-cycles, develop SOPs, create PM schedules, and design training programs. You will work closely with various teams and service providers to ensure successful program implementation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and improve soft services and consolidation center programs.Create actionable plans based on business and user needs.Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.Develop new service offerings based on market trends.Support projects from start to finish, including planning and monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.Track project progress, address risks, and ensure successful outcomes.Conduct stakeholder meetings and gather feedback.Create and maintain SOPs, PM schedules, and training programs.Skills & Qualifications:Strong business analysis and project management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Experience in developing SOPs and training programs.Background in soft services and customer experience management.Familiarity with warehousing and delivery logistics is a plus.Experience working with external vendors and in regulated environments.Desirable Qualifications:Degree or certification in business analysis.Knowledge of Agile methodology.Experience in global organizations or the pharmaceutical sector.Familiarity with the Greater Boston area, especially Kendall Square.
