Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Traveling CT Technologist to provide top-tier imaging services at multiple healthcare facilities across California. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your expertise in diverse clinical environments while contributing to patient care. Service Area: Culver City, Bellflower, Costa Mesa Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation: $45.00-$60.00 per hour Monthly Car Allowance Key Responsibilities: Travel to various healthcare facilities to perform CT imaging, quickly adapting to different environments and protocols. Guide patients through CT procedures, ensuring safety and comfort. Position patients correctly and follow radiologist protocols for optimal imaging. Operate CT equipment, adjusting parameters as needed for the best results. Perform phlebotomy for contrast media injection when necessary. Safely manage DICOM dataset storage and maintain a secure CT room environment. Assist in training CT students and perform X-ray procedures as needed. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel regularly between Culver City, Bellflower, and Costa Mesa. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent experience. Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association). ARRT certification in CT and California licensure.
