Backend Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.Integrate third-party APIs and external services.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.Develop unit and integration tests and troubleshoot production issues.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python.Good understanding of object-oriented programming and Python best practices.Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization.Familiarity with Git and software development workflows.Understanding of HTTP, JSON, API authentication, and web application architecture.Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
