Location : Plano, TX (near the Tollway & Spring Creek)
Schedule : Part-time, Onsite

The Recruiter will serve as the first point of contact, introducing opportunities, conducting brief qualification calls, and documenting outcomes.We are looking for someone who is:

Previous pilot recruitment, aviation, and/or customer service experiencePosition Details:
Work in a team, side-by-side with your colleagues, sharing information and helping each other to ensure new hires are getting placed on time
Stay incredibly organized
Work fast and be accountable
Calling pilots daily to recruit and educate them for positions we have open.
Daily contact with candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, text messaging services such as WhatsApp
Download resumes from third party resume databases
Answer candidate questions, concerns, and request for more information
Connect and search for qualifying candidates via LinkedIn
Post new and existing openings on various Aviation job boards
Search for both passive and active candidates
Constantly review and update candidate cases/status in internal database
Review candidate documents and submit on time to clientsSkills:
