This role is ideal for a motivated coach who is passionate about athlete development, team success, and creating meaningful student experiences.Summary Of ResponsibilitiesAssists in monitoring team members' eligibility according to requirements set by the University, NCAA, and conference.Teaches and maintains the effective skill level of the Wrestling team. Set up equipment and go over drills and strategies that will be utilized during practice.Recruits student athletes who will represent the program in a positive way. Scout's future opponents. Prepares scouting reports and helps formulate game plans.Promotes Booster organizations for effective relations and financial support, as well as school spirit and loyalty. Assists the head coach in fundraising and soccer program resource development.Assists the head coach, athletic director, and other department staff in maintaining an effective program.
