Program Analyst

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team and drive the successful execution of complex projects and programs. This position provides program analysis and decision-support services to USARCENT G4 in support of logistics, operational, and program requirements. Collects, organizes, analyzes, and evaluates program information to support planning, execution, performance monitoring, and Government decision-making. This position is contigent upon contract award. *Duties*: * Collect, organize, analyze, and evaluate program, operational, and logistics information. * Track program requirements, actions, milestones, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables. * Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, risks, and potential areas for improvement. * Develop reports, briefings, presentations, spreadsheets, trackers, metrics, and other analytical and decision-support products. * Monitor program activities and provide status information and analytical support to Government personnel. * Support planning, coordination, and execution of program and operational requirements. * Participate in meetings, working groups, reviews, and other program coordination activities. * Document decisions, action items, and requirements and track assigned actions through completion. * Coordinate analytical activities and information with appropriate USARCENT staff organizations and other stakeholders. * Provide recommendations and analytical support to assist Government decision-making. *Experience:* * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience preferred * Must have 5–8+ years of relevant program analysis, management analysis, logistics analysis, operations analysis, or comparable experience preferred * Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting program or operational information preferred * Experience developing reports, briefings, metrics, trackers, and other decision-support products preferred * Experience tracking requirements, milestones, risks, issues, or action items preferred * Experience supporting DoD, Army, or other Government programs preferred * Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Join us as a Program Analyst and become a vital part of a forward-thinking organization committed to innovation and excellence!
