This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected company known for delivering high-quality plumbing installation, service, and construction solutions across residential and commercial projects.Plumbing SystemsResidential • Commercial • New Construction • Plumbing Service & Repair • Pipe Installation • Water Systems • Drain & Waste Systems • Fixture Installation • Underground UtilitiesAbout the Role:As a Service and New Construction Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong field experience in new construction plumbing, the ability to work independently or alongside project teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.Responsibilities:Plumbing Installation & ServiceInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial new construction projectsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete installations accuratelyInstall piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, drainage systems, and plumbing equipmentTroubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs in a timely and professional mannerEnsure all installations comply with local plumbing codes and company standardsMaintain accurate documentation using smartphone or paperless field systemsField Coordination & Customer ServiceCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to maintain project schedulesCommunicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members on jobsite progress and service needsDeliver projects and service work in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanshipMaintain organized tools, equipment, and work areas at all timesSupport a positive team environment and contribute to overall project successSafety & ComplianceFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards while working in residential and commercial environmentsWork safely around excavation areas, ladders, power tools, moving equipment, and active jobsitesWear proper PPE including gloves, hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and work bootsEnsure all plumbing work meets applicable codes, safety requirements, and inspection standardsMaintain a clean driving record and safely operate company vehicles when requiredLeadership & Professional DevelopmentAssist and mentor apprentices or junior plumbers in the fieldContinue developing technical knowledge through hands-on experience and training opportunitiesMaintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively on all jobsitesQualifications:5+ years of progressive plumbing experience in new construction and/or service plumbingExperience working on residential and commercial plumbing systemsStrong understanding of plumbing installations, piping systems, fixtures, and repairsAbility to read blueprints and construction documents preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience using smartphone-based or paperless reporting systems preferredValid driver's license with clean driving record requiredEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTrade school, apprenticeship training, or plumbing certifications preferred but not requiredTechnical SkillsKnowledge of plumbing systems, piping materials, drainage systems, and installation methodsAbility to use plumbing tools, pipe threading equipment, testing equipment, and diagnostic toolsUnderstanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and construction site proceduresBasic computer and smartphone skills for work orders, scheduling, and field documentation
