You can also email me your resume direct to Joy@cstaff.com Thank you, Joy Meyer, Collaborative, LLC Job Summary Wage: $20 Hours: 4am to 230pm 1st Shift M-Th / 10Hr Shifts We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team on the first shift, offering consistent weekly pay. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with assembly line processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic factory setting while contributing to the production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Operate a variety of production equipment, small hand tools, test equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Perform functions utilizing automated and manual equipment; requires correctable vision, including color discrimination. Ensure strict compliance with all procedures and training requirements. Complete all required paperwork and documentation for assembly operations. Communicate effectively in English with the Lead, engineer and/or Manager. Work Environment: Works in a production or air-conditioned clean-room environment. May requires specific gowning attire to maintain a particle-free environment. Low to moderate noise levels with minor exposure to chemicals. Physical Requirements: Requires significant sitting, stooping, and walking. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to reach, hold, grasp, and move items. Subject to standing for extended periods. Qualifications: Experience: Some related experience preferred, willing to train. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Required Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions. Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory workflows. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently on first shift with consistent attendance.
