Bikini bartender

Overview We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, excellent time management skills, and proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. As a key member of our team, you will craft memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions with precision, ensuring proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or catering functions as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management to serve multiple guests efficiently during busy periods, including nights and weekends. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant experience, retail math skills, or banquet experience. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry schedule. Experience working in diverse settings such as nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or catering events is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
