Title: Flavor Applications CoordinatorLocation: Northwest Chicago Suburbs (I-90 Corridor)Compensation: $85,000 along with Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k/matchEmployment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the RoleA well-established global flavor manufacturer is seeking a Flavor Applications Coordinator to serve as a key operational partner across Sales, R&D, Applications, and Product Management. This role owns the coordination and fulfillment of customer sampling requests while supporting broader portfolio strategy and visibility.ResponsibilitiesManage customer sampling requests end-to-end from intake through deliveryEvaluate requests for application fit and alignment against an existing flavor portfolioPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, Product Management, and Logistics to prioritize and executeMaintain tracking tools, sample summaries, and workflow reportingIdentify portfolio gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improved utilizationParticipate in sensory evaluation panels across food and beverage categoriesQualifications2–5 years of experience in a cross-functional role within flavor, food ingredients, food/beverage manufacturing, or a related B2B environmentBachelor's degree required — Food Science strongly preferred; Marketing or Business consideredExperience with sample coordination, customer request management, or product applications preferredSAP familiarity a plusStrong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing competing prioritiesAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.; willingness to taste and evaluate a wide range of food and beverage productsPlease apply here, but know a few things.
