Senior Electrical Engineer role focused on designing power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems for industrial projects in sectors such as pulp and paper, chemicals, food & beverage, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Transform industrial landscapes through innovative electrical engineering solutions, leveraging your experience to drive design of power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems.
Key Responsibilities
Designing power system facilities and equipment, ensuring seamless coordination from conception to operation and maintenance.
Creating conceptual layouts and sketches to optimize project-specific designs.
Leading detailed phases of electrical engineering projects, contributing to planning, scheduling, and execution.
Developing precise equipment and construction specifications, alongside comprehensive scope of work documents for contractors.
Overseeing installation integrity, ensuring compliance with design, equipment specifications, and safety standards.
Producing essential technical documentation including one-line diagrams, wiring drawings, panel layouts, motor schematics, and more.
Addressing system and equipment grounding requirements with expertise in high resistance, building, and isolated grounding systems.
Providing on-site startup support, guaranteeing project success and client satisfaction.
YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing and installing medium and low‑voltage distribution equipment, ideally within consulting engineering or construction.
Deep familiarity with relevant codes and standards (NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA), ensuring compliance and best practices.
Proven ability to manage on-site plant projects independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and operating within budgets, collaborating effectively with client engineers and maintenance teams.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and CAD systems, including AutoCAD.
Preferred PE license or EIT certificate with the potential to obtain a PE license.
