Our Regional Directors of Operations play a critical role in supporting field teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational consistency across markets.Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to oversee therapy operations across assigned partner communities within Iowa & Southern Minnesota.This leadership role focuses on financial performance, staffing strategy, client partnership, and operational execution to ensure strong clinical delivery and sustainable growth.What You'll DoProvide leadership, coaching, and accountability to Rehab Directors and therapy teamsConduct routine site visits every 4-6 weeks within your regionAnalyze and manage regional KPIs, revenue forecasts, and expense performancePartner with Recruiters to support hiring and staffing optimizationCollaborate with Clinical Services to ensure compliance, quality metrics, and documentation standardsOwn and strengthen client relationshipsIdentify workflow gaps and implement operational improvementsSupport marketing initiatives and represent Blue Stone Therapy in the communityDrive engagement, retention, and overall team performanceRequirementsWhat We're Looking forCurrent Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant license to practice in appropriate state.5+ years of clinical experience4+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site SNF or post-acute therapy settingStrong financial and operational acumenExperience managing KPIs, revenue performance, and staffing modelsExcellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skillsAbility to travel 60%+ throughout Iowa and Southern MinnesotaResidency within the region or willingness to relocateWhy Blue Stone Therapy?We are committed to operational consistency, strong facility partnerships, and high-quality rehabilitation services.
