General Superintendent Data CenterA General Superintendent is needed to manage field operations on large-scale data center projects. This is an on-site, hands-on role responsible for coordinating trade contractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, enforcing safety and quality standards, and mentoring project teams. The first project would be located in OhioKey Responsibilities:Direct day-to-day field operations and subcontractor work.Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.Mentor and manage direct reports, including Field Engineers and Superintendents.Collaborate with project leadership and support business development efforts as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.10 15+ years leading large commercial/industrial construction projects; hyperscale data center experience required.OSHA 30, STS-C, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.Strong technical, organizational, and leadership skills.Additional Details:Salary range: $139,100 $210,000, plus benefits and retirement.Experience with all construction phases, scheduling, cost control, and safety enforcement required.Welcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
