This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.Full-time position, 4 days/ week- 32 patient contact hours. Our first-year compensation package for a 1.0 FTE totals $265,000, designed to give you stability as you build your patient panel. We have 95% provider satisfaction rating for 2025!First-Year Package Includes$25,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment$200,000 base salary$40,000 first-year guarantee (FYG)Relocation support typically ranging from $5,000–$10,000Full participation in our RVU incentive program, even in year oneBilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.Total first-year value: $265,000k
