This role will work closely with the Goverment Site Security Manager (SSM) to ensure effective security operations and compliance across the site. TS/SCI clearance is required.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate security escort schedules to ensure proper coverage for construction activities, PTOs, and appointmentsServe as a primary point of communication for escort-related issues within the company’s area of responsibility (AOR)Report and escalate security concerns (e.g., prohibited devices, incidents, or procedural violations) to the SSMSupport the SSM by attending site safety meetings and communicating contractor concernsEnsure compliance with ICD 705 standards and requirementsProvide leadership and oversight to escort personnel in a team environmentPerform escort duties as needed to support daily operationsIdentify and communicate resource needs (supplies, equipment, etc.) to the SSMAssist the SSM with additional duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of full-time DoD security experienceStrong working knowledge of ICD 705 requirementsPrior experience supporting secure facility construction projects (escort and/or lead role)Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred RequirementsBachelors’s degree preferred.
